New client features enabled:

Added player titles and created city-based ones granted by race/class combo.
Removed all augment outside the LDoN item ID range from loot tables
Essense of the Tomb augment can now be freely added/removed from weapons without a distiller.
Speaking to Recordkeeper Durand in Nexus or Belath the Trader in Eastern Wastes will restore a lost augment.

Buff Crystals are now level-aware and will buff you with different level buffs (3 level groups - 1-35, 36-59, 60+)
Buff Crystals have no recast timer.
All LDoN spells are on the correct vendors. This includes all the new caster lines of spells.
